ConstructHire is hiring an Experienced, Self-Motivated Sourcer - Recruiter Assistant, we are a unique company - offering new staffing software as a service to the construction industry. We are Not a Staffing Agency, you will not vet or interview candidates in this role. You will manage roughly 20 - 25 Companies ATS, will manage all job posting, reposting monthly and heavy sourcing within Indeed and LinkedIn.
We are seeking someone that is tech-savvy, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Indeed, Linkedin, etc. The ideal candidate will be someone who is adaptive, resourceful, proactive, and a problem solver - you like to conquer challenges with a never-give-up attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Soucing Building Pipelines on Indeed, Linkedin, Facebook and Zoominfo
- Answer Incoming Calls via VoIP lines
- Manage Campaigns
- Creative writing building client - job pitch - insights
- Sourcing building competition data using scraping tools
- Manage multiple platforms & projects
Minimum Qualifications Required
- 3+ years as administrative/recruiting assistant or equivalent
- Strong understanding of MS Office and Excel
- Strong and proven verbal and written communication skills
